Before you write
Payment & activation
Include the Orbit order ID and payment provider reference. Never send wallet private keys, seed phrases, card details, or exchange API secrets.
Challenge review
Include the challenge ID, UTC date, market, and the rule or calculation you want reviewed.
Privacy & accessibility
Describe the right you want to exercise or the barrier you encountered, together with the page and device involved.
Response and complaints
Orbit reviews account, payment, challenge, privacy, and security requests and aims to respond without undue delay. A challenge remains locked after an automated hard breach unless an administrator's documented review changes the result.
Security
Do not email passwords, verification codes, exchange secrets, seed phrases, or private keys. If you suspect account compromise, state “SECURITY” in the subject, revoke the affected exchange key immediately, and include only its masked hint.
