Stripe test mode
The current beta uses Stripe test mode and does not collect real money. Test orders have no monetary refund. This policy is drafted for the later commercial service and requires final Estonian legal review before live payments.
14-day withdrawal right
An EEA consumer generally has 14 days from concluding an online service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. To exercise the right, send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to the operator contact shown on this page, identifying the account email, order, and purchase date. A model withdrawal form and working support channel must be added before live launch.
Immediate service commencement
Orbit asks separately for the customer's express request to activate the challenge before the 14-day period expires. If the customer withdraws after service has begun, mandatory law may allow Orbit to retain a proportionate amount for service supplied before withdrawal. The withdrawal right is lost only where the service has been fully performed and all legally required express consents and acknowledgements have been obtained.
Challenge use and breaches
A trading loss, rule breach, changed demo balance, unsupported market, or failure to pass is not by itself a service defect and does not create an automatic refund. This does not limit statutory remedies if Orbit fails to supply the purchased service, misdescribes it, or applies rules inconsistent with the order.
Operational refunds
Confirmed duplicate charges, an order Orbit cannot provision, or a payment taken after a technical cancellation will be investigated and, where verified, returned to the original payment method. Approved refunds are initiated without undue delay and within any mandatory statutory period. Bank processing time is outside Orbit's control.
After the withdrawal period
Outside statutory rights, refunds are not normally offered once an evaluation has been activated. Orbit may grant a discretionary refund or replacement where a material platform failure prevented meaningful use. Discretion in one case does not create an entitlement in another.
