1. Nature of the reward
Every Orbit account remains simulated. A displayed simulated profit is neither customer property nor a cash balance. For an approved Performance stage, Orbit may calculate a Performance Reward by multiplying eligible simulated net performance by the published reward share. This is a payment obligation under the applicable Orbit agreement, not a withdrawal from a brokerage account.
2. Eligibility
- Both evaluation phases must have been completed and approved, and the account must show the Performance stage as active.
- The participant must remain at least 18, use their own verified account, reside outside a configured restricted jurisdiction and complete proportionate identity/sanctions checks when requested.
- The measured period must satisfy every objective Trading Rule: daily and maximum loss, market leverage, 30-day inactivity, consistency, balance-integrity and prohibited-conduct controls.
- No duplicate account, account sharing, falsified identity, manipulated demo data, martingale, coordinated opposite trading, payment fraud or chargeback may be present.
3. Calculation
The initial reward share is 80% of eligible net simulated performance for the reviewed period. Net performance includes closed simulated P&L minus simulated fees and funding and any permitted prior-period adjustments shown in the ledger. Open P&L is not payable. Example: eligible simulated net performance $5,000 × 80% = $4,000 contractual Performance Reward. The final calculation and every excluded ledger item are shown in the review record.
4. Request schedule and minimum
The first request may be submitted 14 calendar days after the Performance stage starts; later requests may be submitted once every seven calendar days. The minimum request is USD 50 equivalent. A request cannot exceed the eligible amount displayed for the closed review period. Any product-specific cap must be displayed before the participant starts the applicable Performance period and cannot be introduced retroactively.
5. Review and timing
Orbit aims to decide a complete request within five business days and initiate an approved payment within two further business days. A review may be paused only for missing identity/address evidence, a sanctions match, incomplete exchange history, a documented rule alert, suspected account/payment fraud, or a technically failed payout. Orbit will state the objective reason and the information needed. A participant may request human reconsideration through [email protected].
6. Rejection
A request may be rejected only when the participant is objectively ineligible under section 2, the calculation is zero or negative, required checks cannot lawfully be completed, payment would violate sanctions or other law, or reliable records establish fraud/manipulation. Poor subjective trading style, Orbit profitability, or an unpublished discretionary preference is not a rejection ground.
7. Crypto reward delivery
Where enabled, the participant selects a supported asset and network and supplies a compatible address. The participant must verify the network and address; blockchain transfers cannot ordinarily be reversed. The request record shows asset, network, destination, transaction hash and disclosed network fee. A rejected or failed transaction remains unpaid until resolved; it is not marked paid merely because an internal review was approved.
8. Sanctions, fees and records
Orbit will not send rewards where prohibited by applicable sanctions or the configured jurisdiction policy. Network fees may be deducted only when disclosed in the request review. Orbit preserves the calculation, decision, reviewer, status changes and payment reference. Mandatory rights and an approved separate Reward Agreement prevail where required by law.
