Payment for Orbit services

Crypto Payment Terms

Cryptocurrency is accepted only as payment for Orbit's own simulated evaluation service. It is not a customer deposit, investment or custodial balance.

1. Hosted checkout

NOWPayments hosts the invoice. The Evaluation Fee is denominated in USD; other currencies shown by Orbit are estimates. On the hosted page, the customer selects an available asset and network and reviews the exact crypto amount, destination, exchange-rate method, expiry and provider fees before transferring.

2. No crypto service

Orbit does not create customer wallets, hold crypto for customers, exchange assets for customers, transfer assets between customers, manage portfolios or execute customer trades. A received payment belongs to the operator as consideration for the purchased service. Any later operator conversion is internal and is not a customer service.

3. Activation

An invoice alone does not activate an evaluation. Orbit activates only after a signed provider notification or direct reconciliation identifies the matching order and a terminal finished payment for the expected Evaluation Fee and currency. Waiting, confirming, partial, expired, failed, refunded, wrong-order or amount-mismatched notifications do not grant access.

4. Asset, network and address

The customer must transfer only the asset and network selected on the hosted invoice, to the displayed address, within the stated time. Sending another token or network may be unrecoverable. Never send private keys or seed phrases to Orbit. Contact support with the Orbit order ID and provider payment ID before attempting a second payment.

5. Underpayment and overpayment

Underpayments remain incomplete unless the provider confirms completion or the deficiency is resolved through its supported flow. Overpayments do not buy a larger simulated balance. Orbit will investigate provider-confirmed excess amounts and apply the Refund Policy; recovery and network fees may be deducted only where lawful and disclosed.

6. Refunds and exchange rates

An approved crypto refund is not automatically the same number of tokens originally sent. Mandatory law, the original fiat Evaluation Fee, historical value at receipt, provider data, exchange-rate movement and actual network fees may affect the lawful calculation. The customer must confirm a compatible return network/address. Orbit records the decision and refund transaction hash.

7. Accounting record

Where technically available, Orbit stores order/user/product references, EUR list-price snapshot, received asset and amount, network, timestamps, provider invoice/payment IDs, transaction hash, exchange-rate and EUR-value snapshots, status, raw provider record, refund status and associated Performance Reward references. Historical values are preserved rather than recalculated at today's rate. Orbit does not use this record to automatically determine final tax liability.
