Simulated environment
Orbit reads Binance Futures Demo or Bybit Demo Trading accounts. Prices, liquidity, fills, slippage, liquidations, funding, outages and order behavior may differ materially from live markets. A result in simulation does not predict live performance.
Evaluation Fee, not capital
The Evaluation Fee buys access to a service. It is not a deposit, investment, security, ownership interest or trading contribution. The selected virtual size is not funded by the customer or Orbit for the customer's use and cannot be withdrawn.
Performance Rewards
Simulated profits have no independent monetary value and cannot themselves be withdrawn. An eligible participant may receive a contractual Performance Reward calculated from approved simulated performance under the Reward Policy. Passing does not guarantee a reward or future income.
Leverage and breach risk
Perpetual futures and leverage can produce rapid simulated losses. Equity limits include realized and unrealized P&L, fees and funding. Orbit's leverage, exposure and loss limits reduce service risk but do not make a strategy safe. Do not purchase an evaluation if losing the Evaluation Fee would cause hardship.
Technology and third parties
Exchange demo APIs, NOWPayments, Stripe development systems, Fly.io, Google and Resend may be interrupted. An incomplete exchange sync does not replace the last complete Orbit snapshot, but service availability and review can be delayed.

Orbit is in development and does not claim to be a licensed broker, exchange, investment firm or production financial service. It does not provide personal investment, legal, tax or financial advice. The final operating structure and launch jurisdictions will be established before public production use.
