Simulated evaluation
Challenges use Binance Futures Demo or Bybit Demo Trading. Prices, liquidity, fills, slippage, liquidations, funding, outages, and order behaviour may differ from live markets. Simulated success is not evidence that the same strategy will be profitable with real money.
No customer investment
The evaluation fee buys access to a service. It is not trading capital, an investment, a security, a deposit, or an ownership interest. Orbit does not take custody of customer trading funds through the beta and does not ask users to trade a live-money account for evaluation.
Leverage and loss
Leverage magnifies gains and losses. Orbit caps approved BTC and ETH positions at 5×, approved altcoins at 2×, and gross exposure at 5×, but these controls do not make a strategy safe. A challenge can be breached rapidly, including through open unrealised P&L, fees, or funding.
No guarantee of funding or rewards
Purchasing or passing a challenge does not guarantee a funded account, profit share, payout, employment, or future income. Any later funded arrangement depends on review, eligibility, KYC/sanctions checks, and a separate agreement. Never spend money on an evaluation that you cannot afford to lose.
Technology and third parties
Orbit relies on internet connectivity, Stripe, Fly.io, Google, and demo APIs supplied by Binance or Bybit. A failed or partial sync freezes the last complete Orbit result, but third-party outages can delay monitoring or service availability.
Not advice
Nothing on Orbit is personal investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Market examples and dashboard figures are illustrative or derived from the user's demo activity. Seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
